Аннотация доклада:
Magnetic polarisations of Fe and electronic structure of Al atoms in Fe60Al40 thin films have been probed by element-specific XAS and XMCD techniques to unravel changes related to the local environment of absorbers. It was shown that the structural order-disorder phase transition initiated by Ne+ ions resulting in increased Fe polarisations can be turned back by moderate hydrogen plasma treatment.
