Development of the effective superconducting circuits requires improve of the density and integration scale. One of the perspective ways to miniaturize Josephson devices is to use junctions with metallic bridges or nanowires as the weak link [1,2] We study theoretically and experimentally the properties of superconducting hybrid systems with metallic and ferromagnetic nanowires and superconducting electrodes [3]. We found that, the processes in the area of overlapping between nanowire and superconductor have significant impact on the properties of the devices. The resistance of the contact region is comparable with resistance of the nanowire. We observed the processes of the single vortex penetration in the electrode, as well as the impact of non-equilibrium electron distribution on critical current and current-voltage dependencies.
