The outburst of V4332 Sgr occurred in 1994. The spectral energy distribution of the progenitor was two-component containing a red star and a blue one. After the outburst, the blue star disappeared, and the distribution of the red star remained nearly unchanged. The remnant of the outburst contained a cool optically thin nebula. Starting 2006, the star has weakened by 2.5 mag in the V band. The rapid cooling of the red companion and weakening of the nebular emission spectrum by 30 times was seen. A new faint companion was uncovered with spectroscopy and photometry. We are inclined to consider that the outburst of 1994 was a result of merging or collision of two stars in a multiple system.
