The main goal of our work was to investigate origin and composition of sediment flow one of the largest Arctic river Ob'. It can help for better understanding of substance quantity which comes to the Arctic region. Methods: For this propose we 1) measured the soil loss by USLE model for Ob' and its tributaries catchments. 2) In Salekhard we collected samples of water and particulate matter on different depths and distances from coast. Samplings were undertaken in the two steps, 22.09.18, 24.09.18 and 12.11.18. The September was characterized by the end of summer-fall low water period versus start of winter low water period in November. Samples was taken by water pump from drifting boat in September and from ice in November. Next water was filtered from MF-Millipore™ Membrane Filter, 0.45µm. Results: One of main results of our work were estimations of substance flow from Ob' in Salekhard for each element and fraction. The information of TOC flow created be the same erosion model with an additional factor of TOC concentrations in each type of soil from FAO Data base.
