Аннотация:The radiation rise and the space-time characteristics of the IR radiation from acoustoelectric domains are investigated. It is found that the IR radiation emitted from moving and stationary domains rises under nonstationary conditions for the ultrasonic flux in the domains. For the moving domain such conditions onset when it comes up to the regions of the nonuniform electric field in the sample. For the stationary domain nonstationary conditions appear as a result of the arrival of the shok ultrasonic wave packets to the domain. Thispacket is generated in the regions of the electric field gradient in the sample when the voltage pulse is applied. It is found by the electron-optical chronography method that in some cases under nonstationary conditions for the moving domain a system of rapidly moving light spots appears, which may be interpreted as Gunn domains. The mechanism of IR light emission rise is discussed.
