Аннотация:Quantum yields, structure, and enzymatic activity points of coumarin-activated C-334 chemiluminescence of lipid peroxidation processes under the action of cytochrome C and cardiolipin complex in aqueous medium and in nonpolar environment were modeled. It is submitted for consideration that: 1) quantum yields are significantly higher in the presence of the physical activator coumarin C-334 than in the case of its own unactivated luminescence; 2) enzymatic activity depends not only on the concentration of cytochrome C but also on the percentage ratio between its native and partially denatured forms.
