- Аннотация: In this work the behavior of film structures metal - dielectric - metal (MDM) in the conditions of shock influence of high-speed particles is considered. Features of this research is that in local area in the size some micron is created the high dynamic pressure caused by high-speed blow. In the course of interaction the following effects can be observed: change of conductivity of MDM - structures, formation of plasma, shock flash, a stationary luminescence, diffusion etc. Copyright В© 2013 European Space Agency.
