- Аннотация: Tm3+ -doped MgMoO4 crystal was grown by Czochralski. Thermal properties of crystal were determined. Spectroscopic studies were shown broad emission band in 1.6 2.15μm region (the 3 F4→3H6 transition) and a long 3 F4 excited-state lifetime that makes this crystal promising for lasers.
