- Аннотация: This study presents an analysis of the academic performance of university students within the period from 2018 to 2023, which was conducted to identify the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the academic results of undergraduate students. The initial data for the analysis were more than 600 thousand records of student grades accumulated in the university’s ERP system from electronic student records; Excel pivot tables and Shewhart charts were used as a Learning analytics tool.
